When you make a booking with us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.In particular, this may affect your rights relating to the cancellation and refund of your booking.
When you make a booking we are allocating resources such as staff and pool time to you and your booking and turning away other potential bookings. It is important to understand that for this reason - If you cancel your booking or do not attend, for whatever reason - you will not be entitled to a refund.
We may offer the ability to reschedule your booking through the app or website, but this is dependent on other factors and is not guaranteed. Using this service - if available - will require advance notice of at least 7 days and may incur a fee.
